GMT Assists PSE in Major Condemnation
Throughout 2005, GMT and Chuck Gordon have assisted Puget Sound Energy
in the completion of a condemnation of a major electrical corridor
in the Novelty Hill region of Northeast King County. This project
includes the construction of a major transmission substation and the
condemnation of properties within three corridors leading to this
substation. The major eastern corridor width was 222 feet, which is
understood to be the largest corridor width that PSE has condemned
in its existence. The condemnation proceedings are close to being
concluded and should be completed prior to the
end of 2005.
