GMT Represents Allied Waste and Rabanco, Ltd.
GMT and Chuck Gordon participated in a substantial commercial arbitration
involving a contractual dispute between Allied Waste Industries and
Steve Banchero, the former owner of Northwest Waste Industries, Inc.,
and Seattle Disposal Company. GMT represented Allied Waste Industries
and its subsidiary, Rabanco, Ltd. The arbitration was presented before
a sole arbitrator, the Honorable George Finkle, and was completed
over a five-day period in May 2005. |
