Substantial Distributorship Arbitration
GMT and Chuck Gordon participated in a substantial commercial arbitration
involving a contractual dispute over two distributorship agreements.
GMT represented Products Group International, against the manufacturer,
SonoSite, Inc. The arbitration was presented to retired Judges George
Finkle and Terry Carroll. Richard Goff was the third arbitrator that
participated in the arbitration. The arbitration was held over five
days in May 2005. |
